2012 Festival Bird List

The 2012 Sax-Zim Bog Winter Bird Festival was a successful event and we added a lot of new birds to our growing list of birds sighted on our festival weekend.  I would like to thank all the festival leaders for all their hard work leading people and making sure participants are seeing birds. Also for answering the many questions relating to birds seen on the field trips and any other questions they are asked.  I also want to thank Chris West, Alex Stark and Seth Cutwright for organizing the festival Friday pre-trip to northern Lake County in the Isabella area to look for birds not normally seen during the festival weekend.  Thank you guys and thanks again to all the leaders!!

Here are the February 17-19, 2012 Sax-Zim Bog Winter Bird Festival bird list seen during the 3 day event.
